F7 Pocket Filter
Introduction
Medium efficiency filter is mainly used to filter 1~ 5μm dust particles, as the intermediate filtration for central air conditioning and central air supply system, to protect the next stage filter in the system and system itself, in the place of air purification and cleanliness requirements are not strict, which the air can be directly sent to the user after the air treated by medium effect filter. Medium effect filters are divided into bag type and non-bag type, among which bag type includes M5, M6, F7, F8 and F9, while non-bag type includes FB (panel type medium effect filter), FS (medium effect filter with separator) and FV (combined type medium effect filter).
F7 bag filter is made of high-quality fluffy multi-layer polyester synthetic fiber, each filter bag uses ultrasonic seamless sealing, each pocket with a pair of reinforcing bars, to divide into uniform horizontal airflow channel, greatly improve the use area of the bag, increase the filter dust capacity, but also reduce the filter resistance. The frame is aluminum frame, galvanized frame, etc., the color of the filter bag is pink color, and the filtration efficiency is 75%@1~ 5μm (Colorimetry method), which is often used for intermediate filtration of central air conditioning ventilation system in pharmaceutical, hospital, electronics, food, and other industries.
